THE PUBLICATION

Editorial policy

How we approach useful, accountable guidance.

Sources and evidence

Articles must distinguish documented facts, general guidance and editorial judgment. Before publication, an editor checks material claims against identifiable sources, such as manufacturer installation instructions, relevant standards and authoritative building guidance. Regional requirements vary; readers should confirm local requirements with the relevant authority.

Review and publication

Drafts stay outside public article routes and the sitemap. An editor must check sources, canonical links, dates, image rights and claims before marking an article approved or published. We do not claim products were tested unless testing actually occurred and its method is disclosed.

Images and AI assistance

Concept diagrams and AI illustrations must be labeled as illustrations. They are not evidence of product performance or real installations. AI-assisted text requires the same human verification as other editorial work.

Corrections

A public corrections contact must be established before editorial launch. Material corrections should be described on the affected article and its verified updated date revised. No reviewer or author credentials are inferred.

Commercial disclosures

No active affiliate or installer referral service is currently configured. If commercial relationships are introduced, relevant articles and inquiry forms must disclose them clearly before readers click or submit information. Payment must not be represented as independent product testing or certification.

Search access

Public article text is rendered on the server so readers and search engines can access it. Search discovery and permission for model training are separate decisions. No search placement or AI citation is guaranteed.
